    What will you do?

    Coordinate, manage, and maintain critical documentation and administrative processes within the organization.
    Ensure administrative activities are executed accurately and in compliance with internal procedures.
    Support multiple teams by helping to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    Assist during audits and maintain correct documentation, records, and archiving.
    Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize and streamline administrative workflows.
    Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure clear communication and timely information flow.

    You stay calm, focused, and structured, even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    You have a strong eye for detail and take full ownership of your responsibilities, always aiming for high-quality results.
    You are comfortable working independently but also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
    You adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage your workload efficiently without compromising accuracy.
    Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as well as the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
    You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    You communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
    Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment is an asset, but not a requirement.

  • What We Offer

    After a 6-month temporary period, you will receive a permanent, indefinite contract.
    Your gross salary will be € 2657/month, this can change aligned with your education and experience level and supplemented with meal vouchers of €7 per day.
    You will work from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. in a regime in which you work 4 days, have 4 days off, etc. This gives you a nice balance between work and personal life.
