  • Job Description
    Requirements: Professional Experience min 12–15 years in the field of multi-jurisdictional and multi-court dispute resolutions across a number of countries; management of teams of subordinates, management of international legal teams carrying out dispute resolution and settlement negotiations minimum 12–15 years; management of teams of external professional legal advisers, working on disputes in courts of London and/or New York or other major international legal centres; management of professional public relations companies; track record shall include at least 1–2 successful big cases won or amicably settled; value of individual claims ideally exceeding USD 50 mln in each case; examples of successfully developed winning litigation strategy; minimum 12–15 years’ experience in managing international investigations advisory firms; excellent understanding of the international legal market in the western hemisphere; deep understanding and/or qualifications in financial analysis, financial reporting, IAS, IFRS and US GAAP financial statements. ACCA qualification is a plus; experience in Big4 audit firms is preferred at the start or in the middle of career; experience of assets recovery is a plus

    Qualifications engineer / technical high school / university diploma with highest grades;

    Languages English or French, C1 level Arabic, Indian or Russian, C1 level
